Dakota Skye, a former porn star, was discovered dead in a campervan in Los Angeles. It was just weeks after she was chastised for posing topless next to a George Floyd artwork.

According to reports, Dakota Skye, her real name is Lauren Scott was found dead by her husband in Los Angeles, California on Wednesday. The reason for death have not been discovered yet.
She shared a snapshot of herself flashing the camera next to a monument to Mr Floyd, who was slain by police officer Derek Chauvin in May of last year, on her Instagram page.
She uploaded the snap on May 4th with the caption, “Happy George Floyd day in Santa Barbara. Equality and fair treatment for all. Dope mural.”
She received some harsh comments for the post, “serious disrespectful bulls***” and another, “Wtf what does flashing have to do with George Floyd death.”
She replied, “No human being should die getting arrested.”
Since 2013, the adult actress has starred in over 300 pornographic videos and was nominated for Best New Starlet at the 2015 AVN Awards. She sometimes was known as the “Oscars of Porn.”
Ms. Scott’s aunt Linda Arden said, “Her real life story and how she came to be in that industry. She died almost exactly two years after her mother, my baby sister’s, death which was caused by addiction and alcoholism. Lauren was a product of a highly dysfunctional family involving drugs, alcohol, physical, emotional, verbal and sexual abuse.”
The unarmed 45-year-old was shackled and lying face down on the street, shouting “I can’t breathe,” which became a rallying cry for future Black Lives Matter protests.
