German man Rolf Buchholz had the urge to change his physical look about the time he turned 40. Currently, the 62-year-old Rolf holds two world records. He has the highest body modifications and piercings, according to verifications from 2012 and 2010.
Rolf has the world’s most extreme body modifications and piercings.
Rolf has a total of 516 bodily alterations, which include a large number of implants and 481 piercings. He currently has 278 piercings in his genital area. However, during the course of the years, there has been an increase in the total number of modifications.
Rolf has had a number of physical transformations, including the following:

Rolf began getting tattoos and piercings when he was forty years old.
Rolf has a background in computer science and he works for a telecommunications company in Germany. At the end of the year 1999, he ventured into the realm of body modifications for the very first time by getting his first tattoo as well as his first piercing. Rolf was forty years old at the time, which is more than twenty years ago.

Rolf was unrecognizable before his tattoos.
Two horns have been surgically placed on his forehead.
He says that he is not the devil, despite the fact that many people think that he is the devil. He remarked this in an interview before adding that he decided to undergo it due to his love of body modifications.
In addition, he said on the official Guinness World Records channel on YouTube that he is proud of the accomplishments that have led to him being awarded these records.
