Yannick Rick, aka The Evil Blackwork & Bodymod, has spent a total of 400 hours in the chair and £9,000 to change his look with tattoos in black ink, as well as a tongue splitting surgery and nipple slicing.
If that isn’t enough to make you squirm in your seat, consider this: the 26-year-old has spoken up about his remarkable journey and has garnered a massive following of 77,800 dedicated admirers over on Instagram over the year.
However, he has disclosed which regions of the body hurt the most when getting tattoos in an Instagram picture.
“What was your most painful tattooed body area till now?” he questioned his followers.
“Palms for me is one of the locations,” he said after sharing a detailed shot.
He accompanied the statement with a photo of his burned palm and raised fingers, which revealed the only bare skin surrounding his light nails.

Yannick doesn’t seem to be slowing down, and he’s back, which reads “The Evil,” is one of only two parts of his body that hasn’t been totally tattooed yet.
His face is the only part of his body that hasn’t been touched.
