Using too many kitchen towels or sponges

Of course, you should clean your kitchen regularly and thoroughly, including the tables, sink, and other surfaces. Most people clean them using a kitchen towel that they don’t discard afterward but instead hang to dry near the sink. Wet surfaces, on the other hand, may transmit bacteria and germs throughout the kitchen. Use the following trick to keep this from happening: Microwave the wet sponges and towels for 60 seconds to dry them thoroughly.
