A lady in the United Kingdom became a granny at the age of 34. She says that she’s frequently mistaken for her grandson’s mother and despises the term “nana.”
After her daughter Morgan, aged 19 now, delivered baby Rox in November 2020, Rosie Morant became a grandmother.
She had given birth to her own daughter at the age of 16. The woman who is an Edinborough native had always anticipated being a young granny, but she had no idea she’d be just 34.

“Once I got to know that I was going to become a granny at such a young age, I had conflicting feelings,” Rosie, who is now 35, added.
“I expected to always be younger than many of the grandparents, but I never expect it to happen so quickly.”
“I was nervous, and I didn’t know what I wanted to call my grandchild since I didn’t like any of the words.”

“It’s still up in the air. My daughter opposed the name glammy, which I liked.”
“I’m simply not ready to be referred to as a granny yet.”
“Sometimes When I’m out with Rox and caring for him, everyone assumes he’s my baby.
“But I’m not shocked, because why on land would they assume I’m his grandmother?
“Despite my initial trepidation, it’s been such a fantastic experience, and I am delighted to play such an important role in my grandson’s life.”

Rosie already has a son named Logan who is aged 10 by now. She was only 15 years when she found out that she was expecting Morgan and she gave birth to her daughter when she was 16.
She claims that the conception shocked her because it was totally unplanned and unexpected.
“I was in distress about what I was supposed to do,” the program planner said, “and I had less support from family.
“I was in a really toxic relationship that had ended long before I got to know that I was pregnant.”
“However, I made the decision to keep the kid and take care on my own.”
“It was tough for me to be a single and young mother because I was still a teenager.”

“I also continued at school, in which there was a young mothers’ unit with a baby creche.”
“As Morgan grew up, our connection grew closer and more open.
“We share a sisterly bond rather than a mother-daughter relation.”
“We spoke about her life a lot, and babies were never on the menu because she didn’t want to make the same faults I made.”
Rosie confessed to being unhappy after her daughter told her she was expecting because she knows how difficult it can be.
Rosie, on the other hand, was well aware of how difficult it was to go it alone and didn’t want her child to feel lonely.
“I wasn’t overjoyed, but I’m pleased Morgan realized she could communicate to me,” she explained.

“I’d been there before, therefore I knew how to help her. I’ve had that firsthand experience.
“Being a young granny has its advantages since I am still strong and energetic and can chase Rox about and assist her.
“I enjoy being so engaged because my daughter is still so young, and I want her to be able to live her life while I look after the baby.
“It’s strange to think that I have a grandchild when some of my friends are expecting their first kid.”
“But I’ve liked having on the role since it hasn’t been that old since I’ve had a child, and I remember everything.
“Seeing my daughter become a mother has been weird, but she has been incredible.
“She’s so relaxed, and unlike most first-time mothers, she’s not anxious or awkward.”
